  I was in the changing room with a broken toe. I was in there for at most three minutes trying on several things when staff start banging for me to come out so some guy could go on. They didn’t apologise I didn’t even try on half of my things and was ignored when I left

  My sister and I were in today, Zoe was fantastic in the fitting rooms. She was great at recommending pieces and getting different sizes! We were so impressed with her service. We came away with some lovely shorts. Thank you Zoe!

  My experience at Alo Yoga London was beyond amazing 🤍 Honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. The store is beautiful and well-organized, but what truly stood out was the staff. Alyassa, Massai, and Francesca were absolutely incredible — so kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and truly elevated the whole experience.
